As expected the Kansas City Chiefs are underdogs against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 6. The game is taking place in Florida so I figured the Chiefs would be road 'dogs considering what they've shown us this year.
The line is only three points (3.5 in some places), which isn't that much, especially if you subscribe to the theory that the home team always gets three points.
It's nearly impossible to figure out how the Chiefs will play week in and week out. Against their two best opponents -- the Saints and Ravens -- they played their best games, winning one of them and nearly beating the Ravens. Against teams they should beat -- like the Bills -- they look horrible.
So, I don't really know what to make of this game. On paper, the Chiefs look like the better team, especially if the pass rush continues to look as good as it did against Baltimore.
The Bucs have lost three in a row but they've come by seven, six and two points, so they're not getting blown out (unlike the Chiefs).
Does three points sound about right?
