Wes Welker is limited on Wednesday, fantasy owners have little reason to worry

Wes Welker (ankle) was limited in practice on Wednesday. He is expected to play against the Giants on Sunday.

He came out like gangbusters Week 1 against the Ravens, catching nine of his 11 targets for 67 yards and two scores in a win over the Broncos.

Fantasy impact: Welker was one of the most impressive players in Week 1 and he established instant rapport with Peyton Manning. He ran his patented option routes to perfection and even with the small sample size, he looks like a safe bet for at least 80 catches.

Of course, the Broncos aren't going to be racking up seven receiving TDs, but it's hard to argue against that they will lead the league in that category. Welker will be good to go against the Giants and their secondary is a bit sub-par. He's a must-start player after starting his season off on the right foot.
