Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan threw for 206 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in the Week 14 loss to the Green Bay Packers. We bring you the fantasy implications here.
Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan threw for 206 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in the Week 14 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Ryan was also only sacked once in the game though he did have a costly lost fumble. It bears repeating that losing Julio Jones has had an impact on Ryan. On the year, he has thrown for 3677 yards, 21 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. He also also taken 31 sacks and lost three fumbles.
Fantasy impact: Ryan isn't as solid a fantasy quarterback without Julio Jones although having Roddy White back helps. Ryan is somewhat of a mediocre fantasy quarterback heading into the playoff though you could do worse. Still, the Packers defense has given up big plays this year and Ryan was unable to exploit them. The Falcons will face the Washington Redskins in Week 15. They are giving up the seventh most fantasy points to quarterbacks.
