Bubba gets his second green jacket, and enjoys a moment with his wife and son, who were unable to be there the first time around in 2012.
For the second time in three years, Bubba Watson got to visit Butler Cabin and pick up a nice, new green jacket. Watson got back to form on Sunday with another round in the red to cruise comfortably to his second Masters title.
Watson distinguished this win from the last one, saying the first time around he kind of "lucked into it" as opposed to this year, when he steadily ran away from the field across four solid days. The jacket ceremony went a little smoother the second time, as we didn't get that awkward missed handshake with Augusta National chairman Billy Payne left hangin'.
This one was nice and clean, and Billy went with two hands to make sure the connection was made.
Despite the easy finish, it didn't start so well for Watson, who fell behind two shots to Jordan Spieth by the seventh hole. That deficit, however, dramatically swung the other way before they even finished up on the first nine. Two birdies on Nos. 8 and 9 from Watson moved him from two-down to two-up as he watched Spieth hit his first big speed bump of the week, back-to-back bogeys to finish up on the front. Another bogey on No. 12 with a ball in Rae's Creek pushed the cushion back to two, and Bubba would close the door from there with steady play all the way in.

While it wasn't as dramatic as the ridiculous draw-hook shot to win it in a playoff on No. 10, the emotions still flowed for the two-time champion. He met his wife, Angie, a former UGA basketball player, and son, Caleb, just behind the 18th green and promptly broke down on her shoulder. Both were unable to be there the last time Bubba won, as Caleb had just been adopted at the time and Angie stayed home with him.
He also had a nice little moment, with his caddie, Ted Scott. Watson caught some heat last year when CBS microphones picked him up berating his caddie at the Travelers Championship, but the two both joked about it afterwards and said that's just how they operate together. Scott was the first person Bubba found as the final putt went in:
Watson now joins some pretty elite company with multiple wins at Augusta. The list, which Watson joins today:
