David Moyes beats the Grim Reaper yet again

Good try, death.

You may recall that the Grim Reaper showed up at Old Trafford earlier this season, screaming that he was coming for David Moyes. Manchester United won that game 3-0, so Moyes didn't get fired. Well, Death has returned for Moyes, this time at Goodison Park.
