Here is another play to add to Drew Doughty's Conn Smythe Trophy campaign.
Drew Doughty isn't a perfect player, but he's been pretty close this postseason. And when he does make a rare mistake, there is a good chance he is going to do something spectacular later in the game to make up for it.
That is what he did in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final on Wednesday.
After a turnover at the blue line in the first period led to a Benoit Pouliot goal to open the scoring, Doughty rebounded to score the equalizer midway through the second period to tie the game at two. And as most of his goals tend to be, this one was a doozy. After making a slick between-the-legs move after receiving a pass from Justin Williams, Doughty cooly skated into the slot and beat Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist.

Go ahead and add that one to the Conn Smythe campaign. That goal was Doughty's fifth of the playoffs.
