ABC really wants us to know LeBron James had to poop

He returned and played some unspectacular but not sickly-looking minutes, and yet ABC couldn't let it go. They made a point coming out of halftime to follow Doris Burke's crack reporting with tape of LeBron's farty faces before tip-off:

Someone told him magnesium-rich foods help prevent leg cramps, so he pounded a bunch of beans and now this. LeBron can't win.
