Uruguay and England face a match that both sides really must win if they are to escape Group D, with Luis Suarez and Wayne Rooney both facing questions over fitness and form.
It's only the second series of Group Stage games, but already there's the feel of a knockout tournament. With Italy having defeated England and Costa Rica stunning Uruguay, both teams in this encounter will really need a win to reignite their hopes of getting out of Group D.
England's build-up has largely focused around the intense debate in the English media concerning Wayne Rooney. Some think he should stay in his role out on the left. Some feel he should be moved into the number 10 role. Some feel he should be moved up front, and some feel he should be dropped altogether.
