37 minutes into Monday's game, Jason Campbell had 29 yards passing and the Bears were losing 27-0. He has been inaccurate, been sacked four times by Aldon Smith and generally looked miserable behind the Bears offensive line.
He also can't slide.
Campbell is scrambling and as he nears the 49ers defender (Carlos Rogers) it's like he can't make up his mind about whether to slide or not. So he just kinda slumps and Rogers drills him in the chest. That's an easy way to get hurt, which he nearly did a couple of plays later.
As Bears fans will be quick to remind you, they're just one play away from Josh McCown, who was signed last week, seeing meaningful playing time.
Jason Campbell: learn how to slide.
