Yoenis Cespedes has too much awesome to fit in two hands.
Last year, when Yoenis Cespedes won the Home Run Derby, Adam Jones gave him a WWE belt. This year, when he won it again by bashing a billion balls into the left field upper deck,, he showed up to the trophy ceremony with the championship belt again -- presumably the same one, but who knows. It was awesome:
However, to create that awesome moment, Cespedes first had to figure out how to hold both the hefty trophy and the belt with one hand each:
Eventually, he tired of the effort and just gave the dang thing to the random dude standing next to him, who he certainly does not realize is MLB Chief Operating Officer Rob Manfred. Manfred wasn't quite sure what to do with it:
We love you, Yoenis Cespedes. May you continue to hold real trophies alongside fake trophies from now until eternity.
