No word on whether he's allowed to have Snickers ice cream.
When training camps in every sport start, we hear that every single player on every single team is in the best shape of their life. Alabama's O.J. Howard, a sophomore generally considered the top tight end in the high school class of 2013, explained how he managed to reach his physical peak:
Alabama TE O.J. Howard says he gave up Snickers so he can eat healthier. What did he replace them with? "Ice cream, to be honest with you."

We applaud Howard's dietary innovation. Not only did he conquer a personal mountain by dropping a beloved junk food from his diet, he did that and he gets to eat a bunch of ice cream. He's a genius, basically. Plus, if you let the ice cream melt into a liquid, it's basically not a food anymore and therefore it can't be bad for you, right? Sure.
