Garbage time points are always a fantasy owner's best friend. Luck took advantage of a few late-game scores in Week 1.

Andrew Luck completed 35 of 53 passes for 370 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions against the Denver Broncos in Week 1. He also added a rushing touchdown in the second quarter from 9 yards out.

Denver led the Indianapolis Colts, 31-10, with around 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Luck managed to throw two late touchdowns to Dwayne Allen and Hakeem Nicks to help pad his stat line for the night.

Fantasy impact: The Colts rushed for 54 yards in Week 1, with 19 of those coming Luck. He didn't have a run game to support him, his offensive line struggled against the Broncos pass rush and his receivers dropped several passes. Luck did not receive much help in his season opener.

The Broncos shut down Luck on another goal line sneak in the third quarter, so he nearly came away with four touchdowns on Sunday night. Luck is probably going to throw a ton of passes every week at this rate. Expect big numbers to keep rolling in.
