DeAngelo Williams got a full practice again and is set for a big role in Week 4. We break down the fantasy implications.

Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams was a full participant in Thursday's practice. Williams is well over his thigh injury and will get the start against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

Williams was limited last week and inactive for the Week 3 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Panthers will need him more than ever with Jonathan Stewart and Mike Tolbert expected to miss multiple weeks. Williams hasn't played since the season opener, recording 72 rushing yards on 14 carries against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Fantasy impact: With the Panthers' backfield depth shot and Cam Newton still hobbled by a rib injury, look for Williams to get a heavy workload. It would be a surprise if he gets fewer than 20 carries unless the game gets completely out of hand. With so many elite running backs on bye this week, Williams is an easy RB2 play in all fantasy league formats. Stewart could be out at least a month, so fantasy owners can keep riding Williams through the bye weeks.
