Why does Philly get a bad reputation?

There was just a call on police radio for a woman at the Linc who stole a man's prosthetic leg. Only description is she's in Eagles gear.

A woman in a giant stadium in Eagles gear. It should be easy for police to find this thief.

We have a theory on how this happened.

3. An Eagles fan, realizing the connection, decides the Eagles cannot beat the Giants without prosthetic leg theft

Update: The fan whose leg was stolen happens to be a well-known Philadelphia entertainer.

Entertainer has his prosthetic leg stolen while singing outside the Eagles game. Sonny Forriest Jr says a woman took his leg and just ran.
