Wednesday night brought redemption for two teams down 1-0 in their conference semifinal series. First, the Heat avenged the Bulls HARD for stealing Game 1 in Miami. Then the Warriors made up for their gut-wrenching collapse with an impressive stand in San Antonio. Both series now change cities tied at 1-1. To the .GIFs!
Bulls-Heat was rather chippy. Guys did a lot of pushing and shoving and shouting at each other:
Once the game got out of hand, Chicago's animosity turned toward the refs, as both Taj Gibson and Joakim Noah got ejected for behavior like this:
At least the Miami fans got to enjoy themselves...
...and who can blame them? They got to watch LeBron James do things only LeBron James can do:
The Heat cruised to a 115-78 victory sullied only by the moment Chris Andersen peered into our eyes and filled our souls with sheer terror:
Over in San Antonio, the Warriors' gunnin' guards dominated the first half. Klay Thompson could not miss, and Stephen Curry was hitting threes off one damn leg:
The Spurs made their comeback, ignited by this Kawhi Leonard lefty throw-down in transition:
...but even though they weren't getting great looks, Curry and the Warriors managed to stave off San Antonio with some tough, tough buckets:
In the rare event that Curry or Thompson missed, Festus Ezeli was there to hammer home the carom.
Miami wrecked, Golden State held on, and now all four conference semifinal series are tied at 1-1. Woo!
