After capturing the title at The Players Championship Sunday evening, Tiger Woods brought home $1.7 million, extending his lead on the 2013 PGA Tour money leaders list. Woods now has four wins on the year and $5,849,600 to show for it.
Woods is having arguably the best year of his career, as he's reached four wins faster than ever before. His win at The Players handed him golf's highest tournament payout. It's easy to see why he's so far ahead.
With close to $6 million in earnings in just seven events played, Tiger is standing on his own money-made island in first place. Brandt Snedeker, currently sitting at second on the money list, has earned close to $3.4 million. That's quite the disparity between the top two spots.
Kevin Streelman jumped from No. 10 to No. 3 after finishing tied for second, earning $709,333 at TPC Sawgrass. He was the only player to make a jump in the top 10.
