Conference tournaments are in full swing in college baseball. The ACC, Big 12, Big Ten and SEC will all be hosting their championship games on Sunday. Here's the lowdown on what happened to the biggest teams in the biggest conferences Saturday, and who will be playing who for an automatic entry into the 2013 NCAA Tournament.

ACC Tournament

It took 18 innings, but No. 1 seed North Carolina, ranked No. 6 in the country, finally downed No. 4 seed N.C. State, ranked No. 10 in the country, 2-1 on Saturday. The Tar Heels advance out of pool play to take on the No. 6 seed Virginia Tech, who won 3-2 on Friday over seven-seed Georgia Tech to advance.

Big 12 Tournament

No. 6 Kansas beat No. 7 TCU, 4-0, to advance out of pool play to face No. 4 Oklahoma in Sunday's Big 12 Championship Game. Oklahoma, ranked No. 25 in the country, beat No. 17 Kansas State, 7-6, on Saturday.

Big Ten Tournament Championship

Three seed Nebraska, on the brink of elimination since Thursday, won in dramatic fashion over No. 1 seed Indiana, ranked No. 15 in the country. Tanner Lubach blasted his second home run of the season into the left-field seats to give the Huskers a 7-6 walk-off win in 11 innings. The final game of the tournament will be Sunday.

Big West Conference

Cal State Fullerton, ranked No. 4 in the country, beat unranked Cal State Northridge, 9-6, to finish its regular season. Their next game will be in the NCAA Tournament after wrapping up a conference title earlier this week.

Pac 12 Conference

The Pac-12 still has one more day of games left. On Saturday, Oregon State, ranked No. 3 in the country, clinched at least a share of the conference title with a 4-0 win over Washington State. No. 8 Oregon beat Utah, 6-2, to keep their hopes of a conference title alive. They sit one game back from the Beavers.

No. 16 Arizona State took care of business, handing Washington a 14-4 loss. The Sun Devils could jump No. 11 UCLA in the rankings, after the Bruins fell 7-3 to Stanford.

SEC Tournament

Vanderbilt and LSU are ranked No. 1 and No. 2 in the country, respectively, and are seeded as such in the SEC Tournament. It should be no surprise that they are meeting in the Championship Game on Sunday. Vanderbilt beat No. 5 Mississippi State, ranked No. 13 in the country, 16-8 to advance. LSU took care of No. 3 Arkansas, ranked No. 18 in the country, 3-1.
