The 97th running of the Indianapolis 500 gets underway on Sunday and Ed Carpenter will start the race from the pole. The race will be shown live on ABC, with the green flag scheduled at approximately 12:12 p.m. ET.
Thirty-three racers will start in 11 rows of three cars each. Here is the starting grid and lineup for the 2013 Indy 500:
