The San Antonio Spurs will look to sweep away the Memphis Grizzlies and advance to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2007 when the two teams square off in Game 4 on Monday night at the FedExForum.

The Spurs overcame an early 18-point deficit in Game 3, pulling out a 104-93 victory in overtime to go up 3-0 in the series. Tony Parker had 26 points, while Tim Duncan had 24 points, 10 rebounds and five assists. Duncan had seven of his 24 points in the overtime period. Manu Ginobili had 19 points off the bench and Tiago Splitter added 11 points, with six of those coming in the extra frame.

Mike Conley had 20 points to lead the Grizzlies, but he missed a potential game-winning shot as time expired in regulation. Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph both notched double-doubles. Memphis shot just 39.2 percent, but 19 offensive rebounds and 17 forced turnovers nearly helped overcome the shooting struggles.

If the Grizzlies are going to extend this series, they will need to tighten up their normally stout defense. The Spurs shot 50.0 percent in Game 3, marking the second time in three games that they have shot at least 50.0 percent from the field.

Game 4 will tip off at 9 p.m. ET and be televised on ESPN.
