Tiger Woods and Sergio Garcia might have played their way into the same group at Merion if the U.S. Open were extended one more day.

Woods, who’s so far out of contention at Merion, NBC cameras can’t even find him (haha just kidding), is just a couple strokes better than his long-time nemesis after carding a triple-bogey on the par-5 second hole.

Here’s a recap of why Johnny Miller and Woods’ girlfriend Lindsey Vonn believe Tiger was toast even before that snowman on two.

While Woods seemed more bored than hurt in the shots NBC graciously provided, he’ll have to go a way to finish DFL. Kyle Stanley, at 28-over, holds that honor after an 8-over 78 to finish off his own nightmarish national championship.

Garcia, by the way, notched that 10 on the par-4 15th on Saturday when he lost a few shots out of bounds and had two bogeys on his card through eight holes on Sunday.

Woods, as he did in the third round, opened with a birdie on No. 1 before knocking his tee shot on the second OOB.

His ice-cold putter continued to run and hide, as he three-putted the par-5 fourth for par.
