Gus Malzahn and the Auburn Tigers picked up a huge commitment on Tuesday in Elite 11 quarterback Sean White, according to Auburn Undercover's Bryan Matthews. White chose Auburn over Wisconsin, and he seems pretty excited:
I have just committed to Auburn University! WAR EAGLE!!!!!

White's stock skyrocketed this summer after his performance at the Elite 11 camps, and he was eventually named the competition's MVP at The Opening. Standing 6'2 and weighing in at 204 pounds, White's rated as a four-star recruit by 247 and ESPN, and a three-star recruit by Rivals and Scout.
Opinions vary widely on White, but the Hollywood (Fla.) University School star's production this summer has opened a lot of eyes. He holds offers from Cincinnati, West Virginia, Boston College, Syracuse, and Wake Forest, amongst others. Consensus at The Opening seemed to be that White was one of the more under-recruited players in the country, and that his offer list doesn't really reflect his upside.
White gives Auburn its 10th commitment in the 2014 recruiting cycle, and the Tigers currently stand at 23rd in the 247composite rankings.
