When we last left the Kansas City Chiefs injury report, four players weren't practicing and another six were listed on the final Friday injury report.
Those players who were hurt last week included:
Not practicing last week: Jalil Brown, Glenn Dorsey, Peyton Hillis and Devon Wylie.
Practicing last week (full or limited): Jon Baldwin, Brandon Flowers, Derrick Johnson, Kendrick Lewis, Ryan Lilja and Ropati Pitoitua.
We can add Matt Cassel to that list as well. Romeo Crennel sounded very cautious when talking about Cassel's availability for Week 6 so I'm thinking he's unlikely to play, but we'll find that out this week as practice goes on. If Cassel does not practice this week, consider him very unlikely to play. He'll have to be cleared by the doctors to practice.
Romeo Crennel will speak to the media today and he'll give us an update on who is and isn't practicing.
